Hard to imagine a more fitting name for this beer. Have your beer and fashion statement too. The bright magenta color comes from black currants and raspberries, which are used delicately in combination of the velvet mouthfeel from the nitrogen. Drink pink!

This first secular collaboration for the Trappist Monastery of Koenigshoeven (La Trappe) with the Canadian brewery Brunswick Bierworks. They call it a “New World Doppelbock” which sounds as tasty as it is. Caramelized sugar and figs also mix with some citrusy hop notes and characteristic herbal yeast esters. Worthy of contemplation.
